The location was beautiful and wonderful, with free parking on-site. the room I booked was reasonably spacious with 4 beds. the staff was amazingly efficient and always on hand when needed.

comfortable venue, stunning location very close to main square and plaza mayor, cathedral, bars, eateries, shops and tourist information office, the cathedral and lots of good bars and restaurants, truly enjoyed our stay.

There was no elevator which we expected, so were a little disappointed.

The friendly staff went above and beyond to assist me with parking, which was located a bit further away. Despite being an older establishment, the room was surprisingly quiet and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. I especially appreciated the comfortable arm-chair provided. the value for money was excellent.
